Red Sox Rock!

Ok this has nothing to do with teaching, but I am an avid, some might say obsessed, Red Sox fan. Last night they clinched the American League East Division Championship for the first time since 1995, thanks to the Baltimore Orioles’ win over the Yankees!

Post Season here we come!!!

In our house, it is Yankees (lonely ol’ me) versus Red Sox (wife and three kids and just about everyone else I know) so we hope for a match-up between them.
My middle son asks me, will you root for Red Sox if they beat the Yankees and go to Series? Of course!

I hope that the Red Sox and the Yankees have seen the last of each other for this year. It’s going to be Red Sox / Cleveland for the American League title and then Red Sox / Cubs for the World Series and the Red Sox will win it all : )
